Onboarding with integraRental
How the Onboarding Process Works
Onboarding can be different for each business depending on the training and data migration needs of each business. Our team does everything in our power to make the onboarding and migration process as seamless and pain-free as possible.
Phase 1: Discovery & Platform Setup
We believe in total transparency. Before you sign, our sales team provides as many personalized demos as you need to ensure our platform is the perfect fit for you and your team. Once you join the integraRental family, we immediately spin up your dedicated cloud environment and configure user licenses so your team can hit the ground running.
Phase 2: Meet Your Expert Success Team
Your sales representative will facilitate a comprehensive kickoff meeting to introduce your specialized consulting team who will take you through the entire process from this meeting through go-live.
Depending on your business needs and specific software purchased, this will include:
- integraRental Consultant for core rental operations setup and training
- integraERP Consultant for ERP integration setup and training
- Digital Experiences Consultant for Web Design, eRental, E-Commerce, SEO, PPC, etc. setup and training
Phase 3: Strategic Planning & Simultaneous Training
Phase 4: Flexible Go-Live Options
Not every module has to launch at once. Many customers choose to launch their rental software first, perfecting internal operations before taking their new website and eRental storefront live.
However, for businesses utilizing our ERP solution instead of QuickBooks, we typically coordinate a synchronized launch, of both integraRental and integraERP, for seamless financial continuity.
Phase 5: Strategic Planning & Simultaneous Training
Onboarding and training time for new customers are sold in flexible blocks of hours at the point of sale. For most businesses, these initial blocks provide everything needed for a successful launch. If your project requires unique configurations or additional deep-dive training, your account manager or consultant can easily provision more time as needed.
Your Pace, Your Success
We move as fast as you do. While we can get a business live and operational in as little as 30 days, we are happy to provide extended training over several months. Our goal is your total confidence at the helm of your new software.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to go live with integraRental?
What does the onboarding and training process look like for your rental software?
Our onboarding is a collaborative, parallel process. While our integraDX consultants design your website, your integraRental consultant helps migrate assets and configure workflows. You’ll have a dedicated kickoff meeting with your sales rep and specialized consultants (Rental, ERP, or DX) to set expectations and a firm go-live date.
How is training time managed and purchased?
Training and consulting time are sold in predetermined blocks of hours at the point of sale. These blocks are typically sufficient for a successful launch. If your business requires additional custom configuration or advanced deep-dives, your account manager can easily provision more hours to continue the work.
Can I launch my rental software before my new website is ready?
Yes. We offer flexible go-live options where modules can launch independently. Many customers prefer to go live with the core rental software to manage internal operations first, followed by the website. However, if you are using integraERP instead of QuickBooks, we usually recommend a synchronized launch for financial accuracy.
Does integraRental provide personalized demos before signing?
Absolutely. We provide unlimited personalized demos with our sales team. We want to ensure that every rental business fully understands how the platform solves their specific pain points before any contract is signed, ensuring a perfect fit for your operational needs.
