How to Provide DNS Access to integraSoft

Congratulations, we’re almost there! We’re excited to be ready to take your website live soon! Below are the steps you’ll need to provide access to your DNS settings.

Share Access to Your Domain Settings

Sharing access allows the integraSoft and integraRental Digital Experiences team to directly manage domain settings, implement necessary configurations, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the website setup or maintenance phase. This collaborative approach streamlines the process, minimizing downtime and ensures your website is optimized both for performance and for security. By sharing access (also known as delegate access or contributor access), integraSoft will be able to modify DNS settings that are vital to making sure your website is working as intended. We will only use delegate access to make necessary changes and you will be informed of any and all changes to the DNS settings for your domain(s).

Share Limited Access to Your GoDaddy Account

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Go to your GoDaddy Delegate Access page at: https://account.godaddy.com/access
    • You may be prompted to sign in.
  2. In the People who can access my account section, select Invite to Access.
  3. Enter the following into the Name and Email fields.
    • Name: integraSoft
    • Email: integradigitalexperiences@integrasoft.com
  4. Select Domains Only level of access.
  5. Click Invite to send the invitation.
  6. Please let the Digital Experiences Team know once you’ve delegated access.

Share Limited Access to Your Network Solutions Account

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Sign into your Network Solutions account.
  2. Select Accounts and Users
  3. Scroll down to the User Roles & Permissions section and click Add User.
  4. Enter the following:
    • Name: integraSoft
    • Email: integradigitalexperiences@integrasoft.com
  5. Select the Tech role
  6. Click Invite to send the invitation.
  7. Please let the Digital Experiences Team know once you’ve delegated access.

Share Limited Access to Your Square Space Account

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Sign into your Square Space Account.
  2. Open the Permissions & Ownership panel and click Invite Contributor.
  3. In the Invite Contributor window, enter the following:
    • Name: integraSoft
    • Email: integradigitalexperiences@integrasoft.com
  4. Under ‘Global’ turn on the ‘Administrator’ toggle.
  5. Click Invite to send your invitation.
  6. Please let the Digital Experiences Team know once you’ve delegated access.

Other / 3rd Party Managing Your Domain / DNS Settings

You may have a company managing your domain name and DNS settings. If so, it is likely they would prefer to maintain full control and will not be willing to provide access. In this case we will simply need to provide instructions for them to configure the DNS settings for your new website / eRental / eCOM go live. Your integraSoft Digital Experiences Consultant can provide you with the information.
